Shipping & returns
We aim to provide your products within 72 hours after receipt of your payment order. However, a product may not be available. In that case, we will notifie you in time and we will deliver the product up to 10 business days after your payment is received.
We charge a fixed amount for packaging and shipping. When your order is more than 50,-, shipping is free (within The Netherlands).

19,50 euro: France, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Sweden.
24,50 euro: Hongary, Slovenia, Slowakia, Poland, Tsjech Republic, Spain, Finland
40 euro: Letland, Litouwen, Roemania, Bulgary, Estland, Ireland, Portugal

Returns and defects
Despite the great care that we devote to your order, it can happen that an article has a failure or you can receive the wrong product. In these cases you should contact Catcetera within 14 days, by using the online ticket system on our website.
Change of goods
In case you want to change your product, you have to sent us the product first (at your own expence). After it has reached us we will sent you the new item. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Unstamped shipments are not accepted. For a quick handling of your return of goods, you should return the invoice and the return of goods form with your returning. You can download the return of goods form here.
